The Taft is a freestanding four-post ceremonial arbor with a flat pergola-style canopy. Multiple rafters with shaped tails extend past the beams on all sides, creating a dense overhead grid. Tall keystoned arches span between each pair of posts, giving the structure a formal, architectural presence from every angle. A lattice of cross-members ties the rafters together beneath the canopy. The square posts are clean and unadorned. Designed as a wedding arbor, the Taft assembles in under one hour using its arch bracketing system. It is stable on any surface, from an open field to an indoor ballroom. The 5' x 5' interior provides ample space for a ceremony. Vines, flowers, or draped fabric can be added for decoration. After the event, the arbor can be relocated to a garden, patio, or terrace for permanent use. The standard size is 5' x 5', but it can be lengthened to anywhere from 5' x 6' to 5' x 9'. Dimensions: Height: 9' Outside post edge: 5'9" x 5'9" Interior space: 5' x 5'
