Trellised Modular Pergola

The Trellised Modular Pergola is a four-post structure with clean, simple lines and integrated trellis panels attached to the posts. Each post has vertical lattice strips running down its length, providing built-in support for climbing vines. The flat top consists of main beams and a series of rafters with shaped ends that extend past the beams. Small brackets connect the beams to the posts. The standard configuration is 8' x 8' on center, post to post. This is a modular system that expands by adding posts and beam sections. The trellised posts make this pergola especially well suited for creating a vine-covered colonnade or walkway. The width can be narrowed for tighter spaces, and multiple configurations are possible.
