Mission Modular Pergola

The Mission Modular Pergola is an American Mission style four-post structure with tapered posts that narrow from base to top, resting on squared plinth bases with rounded capital inserts at the top. Paired main beams run along the length, connected by a detailed cross-assembly. Eight brackets support the beams from below. The rafters are notched over the main beams and extend past them with profiled rafter tail ends. The standard configuration is 8'10" x 10' on center, post to post. This is a modular system that expands by adding posts and beam sections. A two-post configuration works as a standalone gateway entrance. The flat top with exposed rafter tails and the tapered post profile give this pergola its characteristic American Mission style appearance.
