Guarantee
If you have a problem of any kind we will solve it or you may return your product at anytime, for any reason, within 30 days. There is no restocking penalty. In addition, we guarantee our products to be free of any defects in workmanship or materials for ten years. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. All returns will be accepted without question, however all returns must be in the original packaging. Call for return authorization number. Custom work is not returnable.
Shipping
We ship within the contiguous United States. Most of our products are shipped via UPS. Large custom orders and pergolas are shipped via freight delivery. Shipping and handling costs are 12% of the order for states east of the Mississippi River and 14% of the order for states west of the Mississippi River. There is a $24.00 minimum shipping charge.
For Massachusetts residents shipping and handling costs are 7% of the order. Massachusetts residents add 6.25% sales tax.
Some of our larger items that require assembly, will arrive in more than one box. On occasion, UPS may deliver a box one or two days later than the others.
We take great care in the packaging of our products and use a double layer of 275 lb. test cardboard. Please save all of the boxes until the items have been inspected. On a rare occasion that something is incorrect with your order, please call us immediately. We will correct the problem as soon as we are notified.
